Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 7, Server 2012 & 2016
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, DeepFreeze, MDM (JAMF)
Proficiency in Networking concepts and hardware
Experience with VOIP phone hardware (Cisco, Polycom) and services

👉 Responsibilities

  • Provide local and remote end user support, resolving tech issues (Tier 1-3)
  • Monitor and track Help Desk requests, responding efficiently to tickets
  • Document procedures and processes as required
  • Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of equipment
  • Valid Driver’s License
