Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 7, Server 2012 & 2016
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, DeepFreeze, MDM (JAMF)
Proficiency in Networking concepts and hardware
Experience with VOIP phone hardware (Cisco, Polycom) and services
Strong problem-solving skills

👉 Responsibilities
- Provide local and remote end user support, resolving tech issues (Tier 1-3)
- Monitor and track Help Desk requests, responding efficiently to tickets
- Document procedures and processes as required
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades

- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of equipment
