- Assist with transaction review and categorization
- Address and resolve member and provider inquiries via phone, email, and messaging
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify issues and advocate for members
- Continuously develop and refine support and operational processes

- 1-2 years experience in operational focused role
- 1-2 years of support or customer-facing experience
- Availability to work between the hours of 9 am - 9 pm ET
