- Lead day-to-day claims activities, including actions, emails, and payments
- Assess and approve new claims and complicated cases
- Build rapport with customers for speedy claim resolution
- Ensure quality work, meeting business KPIs
🔍 Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience handling customer queries online
- Degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
