  • Lead day-to-day claims activities, including actions, emails, and payments
  • Assess and approve new claims and complicated cases
  • Build rapport with customers for speedy claim resolution
  • Ensure quality work, meeting business KPIs

🔍 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience handling customer queries online
  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
